Business Consulting that actually changes how you work
We sit with your team, study the numbers, and build a plan you can act on this quarter. Based in Leeds, working with companies across the UK since 2016.
Most consultancies hand you a PDF and disappear. We stay until the changes stick. Here are the four areas where our clients see the fastest returns.
Revenue growth strategy
We audit your sales pipeline, pricing structure and customer acquisition costs, then map a 90-day growth sprint. Clients in retail and professional services have averaged 18% revenue lift in the first two quarters after implementation.
Operations and process redesign
Slow approvals, duplicated data entry, teams waiting on each other. We watch your workflows for a week, document the bottlenecks and redesign them with your staff so the new process feels natural instead of imposed.
Financial planning and cash-flow forecasting
We build rolling 12-month cash-flow models that update weekly. You see exactly when a shortfall might hit and have time to act. Particularly useful for seasonal businesses and companies scaling past 20 employees.
Leadership and team development
Growing from founder-led to manager-led is where most small businesses stall. We coach your first-line managers in delegation, feedback and hiring decisions over a 12-week programme, with fortnightly check-ins and real scenarios from your company.
Why clients stay with us
Since 2016, we have completed over 140 consulting engagements for businesses ranging from five-person startups to mid-market firms with 300 staff. Our team of six consultants brings backgrounds in finance, operations management, HR and digital transformation.
We charge for outcomes, not hours. Every engagement starts with a diagnostic phase (typically two weeks) where we identify the three or four changes that will have the biggest impact on your bottom line. Only then do we propose a scope and a fee.
You will work with the same consultant from start to finish. No handoffs, no junior analyst doing the real work while a partner shows up for the presentations. That is a promise, not a tagline.
Our Leeds office is open for in-person workshops, but roughly half our clients are outside Yorkshire. We run engagements remotely with weekly video calls and a shared project tracker you can check any time.
What our clients say
"They spotted a £120k annual saving in our procurement process that two previous audits had missed. The fix took three weeks to implement."
"I needed someone who would tell me the truth about our pricing. Within a month we had restructured three service tiers and average deal size went up 22%."
Daniel Osei, founder, Clearpath Digital
"The leadership coaching programme changed how my managers handle conflict. Staff turnover dropped from 31% to 14% in the year after we finished."
Fiona Gallagher, CEO, Airedale Care Group
