We publish our starting prices because you deserve to know what you are getting into before the first call. Every engagement is scoped to your company, but these packages cover about 80% of what clients ask for.

Common questions about pricing
What if my company is smaller than your typical client?
We have worked with sole traders and two-person partnerships. The Diagnostic package works well at any size. For very small teams, the Growth sprint can sometimes be scoped at a reduced rate because fewer stakeholders means fewer sessions. Ask us and we will give you an honest answer about whether consulting is the right spend for your stage.
Can I upgrade mid-engagement?
Yes. About a third of our Diagnostic clients move straight into a Growth sprint. We credit the full Diagnostic fee against the sprint price, so you effectively pay the difference. The same applies if you move from a sprint to a retainer within 30 days of finishing.
Do you offer payment plans?
The Diagnostic is invoiced upfront. Growth sprints can be split into three monthly instalments. Retained advisory is billed monthly by default. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
What is the cancellation policy?
Growth sprints have a 14-day cooling-off period. After that, you are committed for the quarter. Retained advisory can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice after the initial three-month period. We have never had a client cancel mid-sprint, but we understand that circumstances change.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The prices above cover consultant time, preparation, all deliverables and tools we use on your behalf. The only extras are travel costs outside West Yorkshire (charged at cost, no markup) and the optional leadership coaching add-on listed in the comparison table. We will never invoice you for something that was not in the signed proposal.
How do I know which package is right?
Book a free 30-minute call. We will ask about your revenue, team size, the problem you are trying to solve and your timeline. In most cases we can recommend a package on that call. If we think you do not need consulting at all, we will say so.
